Can't ask for more. They usually reply 5-10 minutes after you submit your ticket with a logical answer. Great and easy to use hosting provider! I use Greenwebpage for my personal (and business) web hosting. Everything is always quickly set up. I have used one-click installs for WordPress that have worked beautifully, as well as installed on my own (which meant, creating databases!) and that went smoothly too.

They manage the renewals and most of the business from my account and they have managed it honorably. I've been with them for several months now. Customers are required to back up all data stored on Greenwebpage servers. Failure to do so can result in loss of data. Greenwebpage will not be held liable for lost data due to hardware failures or any other reason.
The contract for Greenwebpage services lasts for the length of the billing period. Should the Customer pay late, the Provider reserves the right to levy a late fee of 10%.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to obtain a account on Greenwebpage. Parents and legal guardians may obtain an account on behalf of minors under their care. Each subscribing parent and legal guardian, on his or her behalf, accepts these Terms of Service. They also agree to be legally bound by them. They further agree that any abuse towards the staff of Greenwebpage will result in the termination of the account.
