First they sent me an email that the item shipped, then after a couple of weeks, I checked the shipment and it said it had not been received yet, so I contacted the company and their excuse was it was probably not scanned but it was on it's way. Another week goes by and I contact the company again, they tell me to keep watching the shipping information, which still says it has not been received as of yet. So I contact Pay Pal and escalate the situation. About a week after that the item shows up with a new shipping number. OMG the item is nothing like it shows in the picture! It was supposed to be a thick carpet, it looks like they took a throw and put some backing on it to sit on the floor, but it is not a carpet! Terrible company, it's a scam!
