À la réception, j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir une contrefaçon de mauvaise qualité, sans aucune étiquette, et qui ne correspondait même pas à la couleur annoncée (bleue au lieu de jaune). Le service client est d'une mauvaise foi totale : Ils ont d'abord ignoré mes preuves photographiques (comparaison annonce/contrefaçon/produit authentique). Ils ont ensuite prétendu vendre une création originale "Lunar Luxe™", niant avoir utilisé l'image d'Adidas, alors que la capture d'écran de leur propre annonce prouve le contraire. Ils ont finalement refusé de fournir une étiquette de retour prépayée pour récupérer leur produit illicite. Mes actions, devenues nécessaires : Remboursement forcé via une contestation de paiement bancaire (chargeback). Signalements officiels déposés auprès de la DGCCRF (autorité française de la consommation) et d'eConsumer.gov pour pratique commerciale trompeuse et contrefaçon. Plainte en cours de dépôt auprès des services de police. Alerte donnée au service juridique d'Adidas. Conclusion : Shopalverio est un site non fiable qui pratique la tromperie sur l'origine des produits. Vous risquez de recevoir une imitation bas de gamme d'un article de marque, sans aucun recours possible via leur service client. Conseil : Préférez les sites officiels des marques ou des vendeurs certifiés. Ne prenez pas le risque de commander ici. Preuves à l'appui : Je conserve toutes les preuves photographiques et écrites de cette escroquerie.

They charged 10 bucks per lot as a commission, though keeping spreads very tight. It worked quite well in practice. Price and execution wise, I was satisfied.
