My website was getting more popular. I realized that my traffic plan was too small for the traffic I was getting. Before I reached my traffic limit, I sent an trouble ticket, e-mail, and tried to post on their Facebook page about how I can upgrade my traffic. After 2 hours, they responded to my trouble ticket. They gave me a link to upgrade my account. I still recommend GTHost vps hosting service, but be careful, because taking the wrong turn at any step can lead you to fall into mud.

Good host, I like it, very simple and functional. I like it because it is very simple and I can handle it without any problem. I would make it better by making some kind of folder browser instead of the independent process with each folder... anyway it's ok in this way but it could be improved. I will be recommending GTHost instant server hosting to everyone. I have a site there for 3 months and a half. So far i haven`t noticed any downtime. I guess there should be but it was so small i didn't notice it. The support is second to none. All tickets are resolved in 15-20 mins. This comes to a price. It's not the cheapest host. Nor their plans are the richest in features. To be honest for me as the average webmaster didn`t need much more.
