My 5 year old son was playing around with my laptop and mistakenly (according to him, but not sure it was a mistake) placed an order to get the rechargeable robot lawn mower thinking it was a toy car. This item costs almost a thousand dollars on the site. I wasn't ready to spend that money, and we didn't need a lawn mower. Took me a few days to find out what had happened. I immediately reached out to unicun's customer care to try to cancel the order. They were ready to sort out my issue, cancel the order, and give me a full refund. And they were polite while doing that. I see they have a ton of stuff on the site. I can trust them now, so I'll make them one of my go-to sites for interesting products.
