I subscribed on Friday 2/12/22 for the 24 hour promotion service. The website sent me log in details but the password did not work so I could not access the service. Nor did they find the phone I requested! I could not log into cancel and so I used the suggested alternative cancellation service: email [email protected], provide the first 6 and last 4 digits of your payment card and request cancellation of the subscription. Guess what happened? No response to the email and, the next day, a monthly subscription in excess of £40.00 was taken from my bank account. The company has since responded to refuse to return the unauthorised withdrawal. This is clearly fraud and I will be reporting them to my bank as soon as soon as this unauthorised sum clears. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs!
