"SCAM - they send broken products and don't accept free returns"
I ordered a set of coasters (azulejos) and a Christmas ball from them. After the package has arrived I noticed that the ball had a crack and the coasters had severely cracked surfaces as well. The response from the shop employees was that cracked surfaces on coasters were "features" and the same applies to the cracked ball !!! On their website there was absolutely no information about these “features” and all their pictures presented products with perfect surfaces and finishes with no cracks. The shop employees still insisted that the products were good (even the cracked ball!!) and they would not refund me the return shipment. STAY AWAY from them!! Better search for a more honest retailer.
