I first found these guys off of an Instagram ad, and a bit foolishly I ordered straight off of that without doing research. Later on I believed their prices were too good to be true, so I tried to do some research about them. There were no trustpilot reviews, and a scamfinder website gave it a 1/100 trust score. They were absolutely a bit strange. Immediately after ordering an Afnan Supremacy Collectors Edition and French Avenue Liquid Brun I emailed the support line asking about their maceration process, because Liquid Brun is known to need a couple of weeks to fully develop. I received a fairly quick response, however they did not answer my question and rather just confirmed the order had been shipped and provided a tracking link and number. I constantly viewed this tracking website whenever I could, an every tracking update was in Chinese until about 2-3 weeks ago when the full shipping history was wiped and replaced with "shipment is en route to Milan Centre with imile". It was at this point that I was fully convinced I had been scammed, and emailed support first inquiring about the tracking changes and then outright requesting a refund (threatening to have my bank dispute the charge). I received absolutely zero response, and placed the dispute with my bank to get my money back. However, after just over 2 weeks in transit I received an email saying that the package was out for delivery. 2 hours later the package was delivered to my doorstep using the imile service, which is like Uber but with deliveries (regular people can pick up and deliver packages for a payment). While the lady who delivered the package threw the parcel down the stairs infront of my house, the boxes within were heavily wrapped in bubble wrap so sustained no damage. Overall the support line is dead, tracking updates are weird if you can read them, but the items themselves were in great condition and the prices were the best I have ever seen. Definitely looks like a scam on paper, potentially because they're a new business? I can't find anyone talking about them anywhere. I would definitely take my business elsewhere in the future for a more reliable and established business (who would respond to my emails), however if you are absolutely strapped for cash MuseVivi provides a huge discount (likely achieved by many many cut corners during the shipping process)
"Very shady but they delivered"
