Every upgrade or add-on (like extra storage) requires waiting days for responses because payments are handled manually by one person ("Harry") who sends PayPal invoices. Even the director who replies first can't process it themselves. They only support basic PayPal/personal payments and one lesser-known UK provider—no Stripe or modern card options. Worst part: even after you pay the invoice, fulfillment is hit-or-miss. Sometimes the order goes through instantly, other times you're left waiting with no update from Harry. For a hosting provider, this level of delay and inconsistency is unacceptable. Looking at switching to something more streamlined.
