I have standard account and I trade forex major like EUR/USD it's spreads is bigger than ultra low. But it's better account because it has promo like bonus. For example this year xm make 2 promo already with deposit 2x if you trade enough lot. I trade intra day sometimes I trade xau usd too but this is too volatile when session is US. for me xm best because when I open trade always fast and no probelm in trading.
