This karaoke system is absolute garbage and easily one of my worst purchases. The speakers sound terrible, weak, distorted, and nowhere near acceptable for a product at this price point. The entire system is massively overpriced for what you get. Everything is cheaply made with thin, flimsy plastic that feels like it will crack if you look at it the wrong way. To make things worse, they even shipped the wrong cable connectors, which immediately caused setup problems. Customer service is a nightmare. I had to contact them numerous times just to get basic help, and their instructions were a complete joke. Nothing was clearly explained, and every response took days because the company is located in China. If you run into any issues, expect long delays and endless frustration. The worst part is the scammy subscription model. They force you to pay $100 per year just to download songs. If you do not pay, each song literally takes almost an entire day to download. That is completely unacceptable and feels intentionally designed to push people into paying the subscription. This company is a scam. The product is poorly made, overpriced, and supported by awful customer service. I regret buying this system and would never recommend it to anyone. Do not waste your money. Look elsewhere.
