The communication during Fairdesk’s platform migration was extremely poor. We were told that we had time to withdraw our funds, yet access to our accounts was restricted. The announcement about the move to Fairdesk.io was not clearly shared with users. It took additional effort on my part to find the information and merge my account before I could withdraw my funds. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.
