I have been at hostingsource for more then 2 months and never experienced any major problems. I don't have much experience with other web hosting services, so it is hard to compare, but so far I have been impressed that my support tickets get answered quickly by people who seem to be technically savvy. The technical guys are very helpful, professional and courteous.
