I placed an order through their web site. The next day I received a confirmation and they showed a USPS tracking number. A week later and USPS still says they have not received the package. Multiple emails back to them with no response. Called three times, and their system just hangs up and the only voicemail seems to be full. Finally received a call back from GPR Industrial (apparently where the 800 number goes), but they can't seem to find the order and are confused as to who lawnandgardenbelts.com even is. Oddly, a month earlier I'd placed a belt order for the same equipment with GPR, only to have them ship me the wrong belts.
