"Unauthorized Charge of USD 29.99 – Poor Customer Service"
I am extremely disappointed with Yodha App due to an unauthorized charge of USD 29.99 on my HDFC debit card via PayPal. On 14 May 2026, I paid USD 0.99 for a Soulmate Sketch service, which I received successfully. However, on 21 May 2026, Yodha App debited an additional USD 29.99 without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I did not subscribe to any Premium services or request any additional features. Despite multiple emails and clarifications sent to their support team, the responses were misleading and incorrect. They claimed I purchased a Premium trial starting in April, which is false. I never received any activation code or emails regarding the alleged subscription. Their customer support suggested checking spam folders and repeatedly insisted on benefits I never used. They did not resolve the unauthorized charge. This experience has been frustrating and alarming. Yodha App has charged money without consent and failed to provide proper resolution. I strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with Yodha App. I am posting this review to warn users to avoid unauthorized charges and poor customer service.
"Beware of 'The Last Monk': Unresolved Issues and Missed Payouts"
I regret investing with "The Last Monk" due to a series of unresolved issues. In December 2024, I made an investment of Rs. 50,000 for 5 slots through the old Atmaheal portal. The promised transfer to the new platform, "The Last Monk," was supposed to be completed by April 2025. Unfortunately, after months of waiting, only 9 slots are visible on the new platform, and my 5 slots (Rs. 50,000) remain missing. In addition, the payout due on April 10, 2025, has not been processed, despite my numerous reminders. The lack of transparency and follow-through on their part is frustrating, and I find their customer service to be unresponsive and unreliable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. Please be cautious if you're considering any form of investment with them, as they have failed to fulfill their commitments.

I ordered a Blue Cotton Lace Work Kurti Set from Doroly Ethnic Wears on 26 August 2024 (Order ID: NS048727A4F51F4B77). While the delivery was on time (2 September 2024), the item did not fit well, so I immediately requested a return on the same day and provided the necessary unpacking video as required. It has now been over a month, and despite reaching out multiple times, my return request has still not been processed. I have contacted their customer support via WhatsApp (70160 38981), but there has been no resolution. This is extremely frustrating, especially since my return request was submitted well within the return window. I expected better customer service from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad impression, and I wouldn't recommend Doroly Ethnic Wears until they improve their customer service and return process. I am disappointed with how this issue has been handled and feel compelled to share my experience on multiple platforms to warn others.
