India "Payment Taken but Sketch Not Delivered Despite Repeated Reminders"
I am writing this review to caution other customers about my disappointing experience with Astroniity / Soulmate Sketch service. I placed an order for a Soulmate Sketch on 7 May 2026 and made the required payment. My order details are: Order ID: kIAptmuf Invoice No.: INV/27/0000714 Despite making the payment and sending several reminders, I have still not received the sketch. Many follow-up emails were sent (last one on 3 June 2026) requesting urgent action, but the matter remained unresolved. This has been a very frustrating experience because the service was paid for in advance, yet the promised product was not delivered within a reasonable time. Customers should be very careful before paying for such services unless the company clearly confirms delivery timelines and provides proper customer support. I request the company to either deliver the pending sketch immediately or issue a full refund. Until then, I would not recommend this service to others.
