Despite numerous follow-ups with your team members and having detailed the issue in trial emails to your support team's email address, I regret to inform you that my concern regarding the refund of the money has not been addressed after more than a month. To exacerbate the situation, none of your team members has responded to my followup emails. I reached out to Mr. Atul, one of your senior team members, over the linkedin message, who initially took the initiative and arranged a call back from your team members. However, despite assurances, no concrete steps have been taken to resolve the matter. While I've read positive reviews about your company and courses, my personal experience has been quite the opposite. With this review, I intend to make others aware, especially those who trust your company based on positive experiences and free sessions, to exercise caution and conduct due diligence before making any financial commitments. I am also reaching out to individuals who may have faced similar issues with payments/refunds to join me in creating a forum to address unresponsiveness and irresponsibility.
