I enrolled in the be10x AI Mastery Course with high hopes after being promised enticing bonuses during their webinar, including access to the Microsoft Certified Expert Program and ChatGPT 4 for a specified duration. Despite opting for EMI payment, the experience quickly turned sour. Upon completing payment, I was provided access to a Learning Management System (LMS) that did not meet expectations and lacked the promised benefits. When I requested access to the ChatGPT 4 and Microsoft Certified Expert Program, I was informed that I needed to pay the full amount, contradicting the initial offer. To make matters worse, after challenging their practices and requesting a refund, I discovered attempts to hack into my social media and email accounts. It's alarming how they resort to such unethical tactics to silence dissatisfied customers. Additionally, it's concerning to learn that they offered the same course to my friend at a significantly lower price, indicating inconsistent pricing practices. Despite their relentless pursuit for the second EMI payment, I refuse to proceed further, as the course material falls short of what can easily be found on platforms like YouTube. While money may not be a concern for me personally, I write this review as a cautionary tale for others who may fall victim to be10x's deceptive practices. Stay away from this course and avoid being ensnared in their trap. Your time and resources are better invested elsewhere. I opted to buy their course through livework shop and went with half installment which was 7198 INR at once unless i found out all they have been doing is doing soft scam . They dont even provide chat gpt4 which they promised in live workshop and i checked customer reviews over youtube as well as quora where those who bought their course mentioned about all they are providing is basic information regarding Ai tools and also they mentioned about prompt engineers job scope in india and fabricated by showing WEF news and also to make people fomo into course they first offered bonuses for first 50 people and then continued it till live session ended . All they are doing is ripping people off with course which doensot add value and when i asked to get my money back as soon as i figured out about this . They still didnot refund me my money it has been more than 4 hours and their service support is so pathetic they hardly pick call and start asking me that why did i even pay at first place . Course is supposed to start on this friday but all i wanted was my money back . I tried to reach out to their email as well and their executive support is bunch of rippers as i tried to have them connected to their senior executive they did mute my call and have me talk to someone who could talk in English but in the end what they did is not to get back to me . I am going to take legal action alongside some other victims ..all those who has posted here regaring same fraud do reach out to me in comments. We have a community of victims out of which few of them got their moneyback through chargeback option . Together we will hunt them down, we are in touch with a team of CA and lawyer already to shut them off .

Despite numerous follow-ups with your team members and having detailed the issue in trial emails to your support team's email address, I regret to inform you that my concern regarding the refund of the money has not been addressed after more than a month. To exacerbate the situation, none of your team members has responded to my followup emails. I reached out to Mr. Atul, one of your senior team members, over the linkedin message, who initially took the initiative and arranged a call back from your team members. However, despite assurances, no concrete steps have been taken to resolve the matter. While I've read positive reviews about your company and courses, my personal experience has been quite the opposite. With this review, I intend to make others aware, especially those who trust your company based on positive experiences and free sessions, to exercise caution and conduct due diligence before making any financial commitments. I am also reaching out to individuals who may have faced similar issues with payments/refunds to join me in creating a forum to address unresponsiveness and irresponsibility.
