I had a very disappointing experience with MusoTec. I placed an order and requested cancellation less than 12 hours later, fully expecting it to be handled according to their stated return and cancellation policy. Instead of a clear response, I received multiple emails claiming that my cancellation request was being processed and that I would be allowed to return the product. However, when I later spoke directly with a representative by phone, I was clearly told that they do not want to accept the return at all, which directly contradicted what was promised in their emails. This feels dishonest and misleading. Their emails gave the impression that the issue was just delayed or under review, but the phone conversation revealed that those messages were not truthful. Saying one thing in writing and another thing verbally is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected transparency and respect for their own policies, but instead I experienced confusion, delays, and misleading communication. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this company’s customer service and would not recommend MusoTec to others. Update: After posting this review, I received legal threats demanding removal.
