BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS! I contacted Anaxstar through an ad on Craigslist to refresh my website. To do so, they requested access to my domain name. I spoke to a person who introduced himself as Ethan Bell. In reality, Ethan Bell is a fake name. Also, I was in contact with another person, Sonia Adams. Sonia Adams is a phony name as well. Based on the lack of return calls through the middle of the day, I assume they are offshore, which is different from what I was told (local, based in L.A., CA). The person who named himself Ethan Bell was friendly until he obtained access to my domain name and to my working website. Then he and Sonia Adams started extorting money for unfinished work by sending me threatening emails. At that point, I realized that I was dealing with scammers. I began to research their company and found that they were working from home somewhere offshore; in the contract, they listed their Business physical address, but that address appeared to be a P.O. Box at the UPS store. We requested police assistance to check that address and got an officer's confirmation that the address belonged to the UPS Store. Since the project we asked for still needed to be finished, we only agreed to pay once we received the finished product. In response, they hijacked our domain name, transferred it to Europe, and then stole my website. They kept my domain name and website for several months and sold it to my direct competitor. Of course, you might wonder how I know about all that. I will explain The person who purchased my domain name and website from Anaxstar is currently advertising on Google, and using my business's legal name. I assume Anaxstar did not tell the buyer that the website and domain name were stolen. I have a wet copy of my stolen website with all the text I wrote and all the licensed pictures I purchased. I have a statement from another company that created my website and licenses for all photos used for my website, which Anaxstar later stole and resold. I want Anaxstar and its scammers to know that I had a lot of research done. I know who they are and to whom they sold my domain name and website. I also see that my stolen website is currently used for Google Ads. Anaxstar, I want you to know that all your actions are well-recorded and will be taken care of accordingly. Also, Anaxstar doesn't advertise on Google or Yelp, so it is hard to review this company and warn people about its wrongdoing. Trustpilot should not remove this review. I am sure more people suffered monetary and emotional damage from "Ethan" and "Sonia's" actions, but they had nowhere to write about it. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and be AWARE OF SCAMMERS!

I know everyone thinks these reviews are often for angry people who are vindictive and just want to bash businesses for no reason, other than their own stupidity. But this case is different. Anaxstar.com was great to us, helped us understand what needs to be done for our business to have sales and prosper, helped us have a game plan that made sense financially, they told us the truth when it was hard to hear, and we thought about it, without any pressure from them, and we decided to go for it. Things did not work out perfect from get go, but slowly it started working and we saw growth and success, although slowly, but eventually it worked and we are grateful for Anaxstar to stay the course with us, even when we were jumpy and concerned and anxious to move faster. I could not thank them enough. Thank you for standing with us.
