FBOX9 (F-box protein 9), also known as FBXO9, is a component of the E3 ubiquitin protein ligase complex. It is a potential sepsis biomarker and therapeutic target.
This affinity purified antibody is directed against human FBOX9 protein. BLAST analysis suggests cross reactivity with homologues from dog, mouse and rat, as well as partial reactivity with chicken and Xenopus laevis.
F-box proteins are characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif that is conserved across eukaryotic species. They function as the core components of SCF complexes, ubiquitin conjugating enzymes that control protein degradation. SCF complexes contain two essential invariant subunits, Skp1 and Cullin, and variable components that comprise the F-box proteins. F-box proteins are divided into 3 classes based on the amino acid sequence of their WD-40 domain: FBWs that contain leucine-rich repeats, FBBLs that have no recognizable motifs, and FBXs that have no discernible motifs. FBOX9 is the first gene 3' to 7SK snRNA in most mammalia where information is available (the exceptions are Felis cattus and Tupaia belangeri, where 7SK snRNA lies between two glutathione transferase genes, possibly an assembly artifact).
Alternative splicing generates three isoforms of this protein with predicted molecular weights of 38-42, 47, and 50-60 kDa.
FBOX9 peptide contains amino acids 431-447 of human FBOX9 protein. It is formulated in 0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2 and 0.01% sodium azide. Each peptide is tested for authenticity and purity by HPLC analysis. FBOX9 peptide is available in 10 g/mL vials and in 50 mg/mL syringe. It is a sterile, non-pyrogenic solution intended for injection or infusion.

"Good company for trading"
I would give it 5 star because it's the best, the withdrawal doesn't take long, I also love that you get an OTP when you forget your password, so it's not easy to be scammed on the platform. The reason why I give it 4 star is because they don't support many countries, there's only few country codes supported. They don't have an app. & lastly, they do not have a mining option on their site, so that they can mine while sleeping & trade during the day.
