United States "Awful shipping, zero support, won't refund their mistakes, find someone else"
Do not trust that any products will arrive on time and do not expect any support from them about it. I ordered a Christmas Advent calendar from them in mid-November, giving it the expected 3 weeks to arrive by the beginning of December. It did not even ship for 21 days and arrived only a few days before Christmas making it useless for it’s main purpose of giving the family a small surprise gift each day leading up to the the holiday. I requested more information or assistance throughout the process only to be met with silence about the shipping/tracking/arrival. This is the type of company that makes it hard to trust Advent Calendar sellers or really any small online shops.
