All information relating to the Parties, including but not limited to, technical and financial details, is confidential and shall be kept secret by each Party. Neither Party may disclose such confidential information to third parties without the other Party’s prior written consent. Heylink reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Heylink will notify Users of any material modification to the Terms of Use. Such modifications will become effective upon posting of the modified version to the relevant Heylink service.
