ordered from this site an item that was out of stock elsewhere(discontinued) not expensive and ordered with a degree of skepticism that it might be a dodgy site. Its not! I have now ordered 3 times from them one of those items did not arrive as stated but when I contacted the seller it was sent out for next day delivery. Would recommend the site but be aware of shop prices for the item you plan to order.

The customer service is brilliant, they answered all my queries and concerns. The item was delivered to me quickly and in excellent condition. I ordered a large TV but got tired of waiting for the delivery. Ask yourself why does it take a company 10 working days or more to dispatch an item which is supposedly 'in stock'? When asked for a tracking number I was told the TV would be delivered by a 'man' in 'a van' and I would receive a call an hour before delivery and therefore there would be no tracking. This is despite their website saying they only use reputable couriers, clearly not true. As for calling them, all you ever get is an answerphone. I was eventually told a refund was issued (2 days after I requested it) but I'm still waiting. Update: I have now waited the full 10 working days for a refund but the money owed has not been paid back. I have reporting this outfit to trading standards and my bank has now passed on the information to Mastercard who will chase the money. If you are reading this, make sure you look at the other reviewers (more reviews on Trustpilot). but don't be fooled by the fake ones. Think very carefully before purchasing, especially high value items. Do your own research, check out the registered address of this firm (Gov.uk) on google maps, it might help you decide if it's worth the risk.
