"Scam Company"
If I could give this company -10 stars and ensure that nobody has to go through the scam I went through with them I would. I signed up for their "appointment setting" service back in September. They assured me they would book 44 qualified appointments for me via cold calling. They told me the usual turnaround time to see an appointment is about a week. I provided them with a list of instructions for a script to call individuals who showed interest in a product. I told them, "No in person appointments, only virtual. Be sure the prospect is looking for the product I am selling (life, long-term care, annuities etc.) and be sure they are below the age of 68 and don't already have coverage. It took them OVER A MONTH to provide me with an appointment. The individual in question claimed he was interested in life insurance but didn't have an email because he was concerned about scams in today's day and age (I should've been more concerned with them as well). I agreed to meet with him in person as he was interested in getting coverage to provide for his family when he eventually passes on. I drove over an hour to meet him and it turned out he gave me a fake address because the company bypassed his do not call service to talk with him. I figured, okay, it is what it is, one psychotic person giving out a fake address isn't their fault, is it? I stuck with the service for another two months. All they tried to offer me were two more appointments in that time of people who already had life insurance and weren't looking to switch carriers. I frequently checked in with Premiersetter to voice my concern and ask if they can provide me updates and be more mindful of the script I asked them to follow. They definitely didn't listen to my requests as I received NO appointments that were valid in the three months I was with them. I eventually asked for a refund and the self-absorbed "manager" Seth told me all sales were final. Sure, all sales are final when you're scamming people out of money for unqualified leads. I told him I would be escalating this to my credit card company to dispute the charge which eventually lead him to offering a 60% refund of what I paid. Not going to cut it Seth... I told him I'd be reaching out to my bank to get it resolved when he eventually told me he would refund me 100% of my order if I returned a refund form to them via the email I was in contact with. I did exactly that and was advised my refund would be processed in 7-10 business days. I waited that time and still no refund. Reached out to them again and again over a 24 business day period. They kept telling me it was being worked on and they would escalate the request to their accounting department which they probably didn't and had no intention of giving me back my money. Eventually, I requested a refund through a vendor I did a pay over time agreement with and they couldn't process it because the email Premiersetter was contacting me from wasn't linked to their business. When I emailed Premiersetter again, they told me the refund is no longer their responsibility since I initiated it with the other vendor. I know this was a lot of information for a review, but it has been over six months since I began the scam service and still haven't received my money back, even from my bank. I would truly hope that ANYONE considering this company for their "service" reads this review and any other negative reviews on them and it encourages them to look elsewhere. Overall, a terrible experience from an obvious scam company in hindsight. I would hope that their local authorities find a way to put everyone "employed" by them behind bars as I could only imagine how much money they have taken from other people looking to supplement their business.
