India "Worst return experience and fraud company"
Tumuh clothing is a complete scam company . They will mention 5 days easy return policy but once you place request for a return their system rejects the same on the last day of the return period . Also nobody will pick up your call after they realized they defrauded you . Also material is of road side material . Refering to order number TUI8061 Never make the mistake of ordering from this company ever .

India "Worst Experience"
Worst experience! From the past 5 days, I have been contacting the team for return and everytime I am given different instructions for returns. 3 days later my follow-up, I was informed to update the subject line with my order number when I have previously shared my phone number the other required details. Can they not track with the phone number? Since when I placed the order, the team only has called on my registered number for confirmation. Today, after following-up like zillion times, the team answered to my phone call and later responded to my email that the product is non-returnable. When I placed the order, I have carefully checked that I can return the product within 5 days and if you read the refund policy, it clearly states that all "online purchases, we have our return policy of 5 days from the day of delivery. Please note we only support exchange on customized product and sizing issues" And the best part is I have a screenshot with the product URL and under refunds it is mentioned 5 days return policy and also, I have not ordered custom size. I will not recommend Tumuh to anyone.
