Apparently, the user had the cheapest tariff outside the main PROMO category, which is why they asked for a replacement fee. But personally, aeza aroused extremely positive emotions in me. I decided on Aeza, and after a few months I can say - it's really not bad hosting. The main thing that impressed me was the powerful AMD Ryzen 9 processors and network speed up to 25 Gbps. Even at peak times, when several thousand users visit the site, it doesn't lag, pages load instantly. Response time is consistently below 100 ms, which is critical for sales conversions. Before Aeza, I faced DDoS-attacks, which caused the site to crash periodically. Here the protection works perfectly, there were no interruptions. In addition, I connected WAF, which automatically blocks hacking attempts and malicious traffic. Now I don't worry about the security of customer data and orders. I was scammed by aeza.net I have bought a server and I have chosen the country, Austria, from which I will get the IP But I was surprised after the purchase that I got a different IP, not for Austria, but for Russia I contacted support and they have the worst technical support in responding and solving problems They asked me to pay more money in order to change the IP address, and this is not my fault And when I explained that, they asked me to wait for a month until the IP changes, and this is not reasonable in the first place I bought a service and paid for it, so I have to get it as it is And when I asked to get my money back, and this is my right, and the terms and conditions they have say that I have the right to get the money back, so I was surprised by the technical support’s refusal to get my money back, and they told me that if I do not want the server, there is no money back here I do not advise anyone to ever buy any of the services from them because they are scammers and do not abide by the terms and conditions and also do not provide the service like what you buy, and they also have technical support the worst.
