Loaded Firearms is a gun dealer in the U.S. with an FFL license. They sell firearms, ammunition, and books that explain how to prepare for an emergency. The website also includes helpful information on how to store food. In the case of the recent mass shooting in Sandy Hook, Connecticut, Adam Lanza used a semi-automatic rifle and a 30-round magazine. The FFL license is an important part of firearm safety.
Before using a firearm, always check to make sure it is unloaded. A loaded gun may discharge accidentally and injure someone. Also, make sure the firearm is pointed in a safe direction when loading or unloading it. Never point a loaded gun at someone or cross a street with a loaded firearm. In addition, never let someone else handle a loaded firearm. Keeping an eye out for dangerous situations is essential to your safety.
California penal code section 25850 makes it illegal to carry a loaded firearm in public. The law applies to both people and vehicles. If you are caught with a loaded firearm in public, you may be subject to arrest. This is a misdemeanor and can result in up to one year in county jail and a fine of up to $1,000. The prosecution must prove all three elements of the crime to establish a conviction.
"Don't buy from these people"
These people are crooks. I bought 5 pounds of powder from them that cost 140 dollars. The shipping was 30 dollars. The cost of the powder and the shipping was clearly marked on the order. Most companies bill your credit card once they have shipped and after you have a tracking number, but with these people, you have to pay with zelle before they will enter the order. That should have been my first clue to stop, but I need the powder real bad. After a week I had never received a confirmation of shipment, so I started calling. After two days someone text me (never have gotten anyone on the phone) and tells me that I owe another 105 dollars or they are not going to ship my product. They have not responded to my request for my money back. Don't buy from these people
