Placed an order with this company on September 30, 2025. I should’ve known right from the start they had a minimum order couldn’t be less than $100 so I ordered about $200 worth of product. They had many payment options they said their credit card Machine was down, second indication something was up, but I went ahead and paid via Zelle, they were emailing me every 30 minutes up until my payment even their website says response time is typically one hour. After payment absolutely nothing. Chased them for over a week with emails no response whatsoever last email I got was on October 3 said the shipment would be sent out that day and they apologize for the delay and nothing since.. Do not order from this company. They are totally fake! I should’ve known better I’ve been doing online business with companies for years, but they got me. They look very respectable on their webpage. But it’s a complete scam. Doesn’t even say where they’re located possibly the UK or California, but not sure. Thank God they only got me for $200!
