United States "Poor Customer Svc and Late Delivery"
I bought 3 Xmas themed shirts in November for a trip to my family during the Holidays. All were shipped late (one after Xmas) and worthless for the celebrations. Multiple emails to Royaura went unanswered to this day. There was no mention at the time of my order that these may be late due to shipping from China. This will be my last order with them.

Please do not buy from this company. It does not send you all the items ordered. They send you cheap quality items. They send few items to show they are legit business so they can keep making money. I spent $120 and got only $40 worth of two items. The rest of the money they took it. Never got the four items since April.

This is an indirect scam. Here is my experience: First I placed an order for good looking clothes & a hat. Turns out the items were not even made yet. I could watch with some crazy foreign tracking as pieces went between facilities. Then 3 out of 4 items I bought were shipped from CHINA directly. This took about a month & was in 2 shipments. A third alleged shipment never arrived. The quality of the items does not match the pictures & one shirt does not even look similar to the catalog pic. The straw hat was simply mashed flat & put in an envelope with a shirt. In order to return the items, I had to ship them back to CHINA at great expense & then wait on them to process a return. PASS ON ROYAURA!.
Ecuador "Royaura is a scam"
It takes forever to receive an order if you get it at all. I purchased several shirts for my husband and waited weeks to receive them. I told them I could not accept the last shirt after a specific date and they shipped it anyway. Good luck trying to get a credit from this company. I am now contacting the attorney general's office so they can't get away with this in the future.
United States "Highly Disappointed! Angry at its Highest"
I give this company 1 star. I really want to give no stars!!!! Two months to get my package! I ordered a single breasted pea coat! It took two whole months to get the package! When I get the package the bag is torn up. The coat is messy and not folded properly. The fur is not attached and it looks very cheap! The coat material looks like polyester as if I’m wearing a costume! I email the company for two months inquiring about my package after spending almost $70 they want to try and refund me $5! This is a joke! It’s a scam! This coat was to be worn for my birthday/Christmas I’m glad I didn’t wear it because I would have looked dumb and would have been the butt of all jokes if I showed up with it on! The buttons were so plastic it looked very unreal! I’m highly disappointed and annoyed at the service provided by this company! I’m so mad that the picture looks so beautiful and when you open the package the first thing that came out my mouth was “what is this?!” I will never order from them ever again! I want a full refund because this so unacceptable and this was the worst experience of my life!
United States "Buyers Beware!"
I purchase a set of 8 items since Aug. 27, 2021. One of the items was delivered on Sept. 25. As off this writing, I a have not received the other 7 items. I emailed Royaura on several occasions regarding the undelivered items. Every time, I was told to contact USPS and even provided USPS's phone numbers. It looks like the package has been stuck at a USPS facility in a different state. I am not sure though why Royaura felt it was my job to track the package. A few days ago, I emailed Royaura for a refund--complete silence afterwards. And, strangely, the tracking information Royaura had sent to my phone after placing to order was also blocked. Beware
"Ridiculous"
Ridiculous............. They refused to cancel my order even before it was shipped. After 3 months, I have still not received the order. and............... if it ever arrives i'm certain i'll never get a refund if I return it.
