I ordered a tank top but realised i picked the wrong size. I emailed to request a change, which they noted, but when it arrived they not only changed the size but the style to a regular t-shirt. When I contacted them to point this out, first they said they would send a new one, then after following over a week later they changed their minds citing my original email implying I had made the mistake, but they had actually misread. After I pointed this out they stopped responding to any further emails. Their response times to emails were poor (over a week), required multiple followups, emails had no salutations or names. I would NOT use this website again.
